1 Timothy 6:12 “Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.”
The Church must rise up in this day and hour – and fight the GOOD FIGHT OF FAITH! In this time we live in, the Church must pray like never before. The Church can no longer just sit back and be bystanders to everything that is going on. More than ever the Church must rise up and take a stand for righteousness and walk in great boldness.
The attack is great, but we believe the plans of the enemy are being disrupted and diverted. In Luke 22:31-32 Jesus told Peter, “behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.” Nothing has changed today – the Devil desires to destroy people’s lives, but we are praying for Divine intervention and that every plan of the enemy will backfire and fail. We continue to pray diligently for you and that you will be strengthened day by day by the mighty hand of God.
On May 9, 1912 and at the age of 83, the Founder of the Salvation Army, General William Booth gave his final address to a crowd of over 7,000 in which he said, “While women weep, as they do now, I’ll fight; while children go hungry, as they do now I’ll fight; while men go to prison, in and out, in and out, as they do now, I’ll fight; while there is a poor lost girl upon the streets, while there remains one dark soul without the light of God, I’ll fight, I’ll fight to the very end!”
It was only three months after Booth’s “I’ll Fight” address that he would be promoted to Heaven. Up until then, Booth had traveled over five million miles preaching the Gospel, had delivered over 60,000 sermons, and had established missions in 58 countries across the globe. The very thing that Booth had said just a few months prior is what he had done – FIGHT TO THE VERY END!
It is not time to grow weary – it is not time to let up – it is not time to back away – IT’S TIME TO FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT!
This is your hour to rise up with persistent faith, where you refuse to back down, where you press through – where you get your miracle and see the world around you transformed by the Power of the Holy Spirit!
Matthew 11:21 says, “the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.” Hebrews 11:6, says “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”
It is time to be relentless in our pursuit and do whatever it takes to diligently seek the Lord. Anything that says, “it is impossible” – is a lie from the Devil. It is not impossible for God and it is not impossible for the one who believes (Mark 10:27; Mark 9:23).
Be encouraged today – it’s not over! In the name of Jesus, we declare that miracles are activated for you every day. We pray that you will experience the favor of God and His blessings in your life and on a whole new level daily. Whatever was in your way, it is removed and whatever the enemy had planned is nullified right this very moment, in the Mighty Name of Jesus!
Today and every day ahead will be victorious, as God anoints you and floods your heart with His joy, peace and love.
